good day po..nag apply po aq ng salary loan at ang nag.asikaso ung company nmin,actually my 39 months na aq na contributions last aug. at tuloy2x po nahulugan ung sss q until now..tanong q lng po,sabi daw ng sss branch na pinagpasahan ng loan q hindi daw nla ma approve kasi hndi daw makita ung record q...paano ng yari un...ano gagawin q..thanks

Have you check your online sss account? Dun kasi nagbabase ung sss personnel if ilan na iyong bilang ng monthly contributions mo. Baka hindi pa posted ung monthly contribution mo. Anyway, you may also check also there if eligible ka sa SSS loan.
