Why I love being a mom...

We all know that motherhood is the toughest job in the whole wide world - no salary, no day offs and no resignation - yet it is the most rewarding job you could ever have in your life. Below's the list of reasons why I'm loving it in every bit:

  • I love being a mom because it helps me to strive more to be a better person.
  • I love being a mom because my children are my inspiration.
  • I love being a mom because I receive lots of kisses and hugs that no any amount can match its value.
  • I love being a mom because it helps me to realize how to love unconditionally.
  • I love being a mom because my kids makes me happy everyday.
  • I love being a mom because it is a constant reminder that I am bless by God everyday.
  • I love being a mom because motherhood gave me a deeper sense of purpose.
  • And last but not the least, I love being a mom because it is the most rewarding job a woman will ever have!

On Being Lucky!

My friends often told me that I am very lucky on raffle and even giveaway since the day that I received the iPad mini from last year company's Christmas party raffle. To tell you a short description of mine, I love joining blog giveaways/raffles and luckily, I won some of the blog giveaways that I participated in.

Here's the picture of awesome things I receive this year:

collection of giveaways/raffle items that I receive

I am very thankful for this year because of these awesome things I received unexpectedly. Also, thankful for the bloggers who hosted those giveaways. This actually help me save some money. I hope God will not get tired of giving me some of these favors.
Don't think of the things you didn't get after praying. Think of the countless blessing God gave you without asking.
How about you guys? Have you receive any items that you haven't shed any amount?

I'm frustated with PLDT!!

Last March 01, 2014, I applied for a pldt homebro since I want to have internet connection at home again. After they created an account and approved my application. The agent went at our home last Thursday (March 06, 2014) to install the device. I was at the office by then. My mom and my father assisted them at home. Yet after several tries, still they don't install it since they found out that we don't have signal at our area. My mom was advised by the agent to get a refund at the center where I issued the payment. So I went to the smart center where I paid the installation fee last night. One of the agents there told me that I should go to any PLDT branch instead since they were forwarding every homebro application, details and money to PLDT.

This afternoon, I went to the PLDT branch which is near to our office together with my officemate. After the representative tried to search for my account. He asked his fellow pldt representative then got back to me and told me that they don't cater to that kind of issue. They only cater exclusive pldt concerns and I should go to the PLDT/Smart center at the Makati instead.

I'm frustated with the information they told me.  I told them that it was advised to me to go to any pldt branch, so I guess that branch was included on the list. Yet, they repeated the reason they said to me earlier. Actually, I don't like how they responded to me with a high pitched voice (sounds iritable  at mataray ba!?!! Nakakainis!). So there how my day goes, I went out on that branch being annoyed.

After the fail attempt to that branch, I called pldt customer service hotline. There, the representative ask for an apology for what happened. He told me that he doesn't know why it is like that. Anyway, good thing he give me another pldt branch option and created a report for my concern.

So there, will try my luck on other PLDT branch next week. I hope they stop beating around the bush and point me exactly where should I get assistance.

My blog was down yesterday...

source
As you observe here, I don't usually update my blog regularly because I don't have internet connection at home ever since I cut out my subscription from Smart. Oh that pathetic situation wherein I'm paying regularly yet I had a worst connection - on and off connection and to date, no connection at all for straight 5 days! Anyway, even though i'm not regularly writing blog post, I regularly check the status of my blog. And yesterday was the most darkest moment of her. I find out that it was locked by Google. I am totally not happy knowing that my 3-years-old blog was shutdown. I was actually suspecting that it was because of my one blog post that received a lot of comments and page-views recently since Google is keep eyeing on those site which has a sudden huge spike in site traffic.

Anyway, here's the thing I do just to recover it. I check out my webmaster tools - this is a very useful tool since it gives you information (site health, errors, etc.) about your blog/website. There, I found out that my blog was infected by malware. After removing the code that has suspicious thingy, I submit my site for reconsideration stating what I did to solve the problem. By the way, you need to wait for 24 hours for the result. After 24 hours! Voila! My blog is back! So happy to have it back. :)

How about you guys? Have you experience similar thing? What did you do to recover it? Share your thoughts below...

How We Can Help Philippines Typhoon Victims

As we all know, our beloved country Philippines was hit by the strongest typhoon "Yolanda" (internationl name: super typhoon "haiyan") last November 8, 2013. This was the strongest typhoon ever that hit Philippines and was considered as well as the worst typhoon in the world for 2013.

As the death toll, there were already 1,774 number of deaths caused by super typhoon said by a government agency last Monday night. It is really heart breaking to see them in that situation. As seeing the video and pictures in the internet and  in the news, trees, houses, road and other infrastructure like airport and churches were wrecked.  Almost all the typhoon victims were asking for food and water and most of the child are getting sick already.

People you can do even small things to help them. Spring clean your old clothes, get your slippers that you're not using anymore yet still in good condition and even some of the blanket that is only kept on your wardrobe may do good to the victims. And if you have some spare on your budget, you may buy bottled water and some noodles and bring them at some drop off areas.

Marvel's Avengers 2012 Movie Schedules

Marvel Avengers 2012 Movie

Finally, the long wait is over! Marvel's Avengers Assemble 2012 Movie is now showing on our theaters nationwide starting today ( April 25, 2012). I am sure that there's no more available seats once I decided to watch it now. Maybe, I should try the sure seats program of some movie house or buy cinema tickets online. Anyway, below are some of the film schedules across the theaters.

My Facebook Layout Timeline

Has anyone of you guys already tried the Facebook timeline for your profile? I, myself, have tried it a while ago. See the picture below:

Emotion

Grrrr, I can't upload my daughter's video clip here on my blog. My card reader / Memory card is not working properly right now. I wonder what happened on this? Anyway, love to share this:

Relax, I don't hate you. Hating someone takes time & energy, and believe me, I have no intention whatsoever of wasting either of the two on you.

Paradise In My Confusing Dream

"I'm wearing a white dress then I am into a place surrounded with a beautiful white flowers and blue sky. The place is full of peacefulness, happiness and purity. Silence came into me then I started to wonder where am I. I actually thought that I'm going to attend a wedding ceremony (probably my wedding). I've search for church and anyone else out there but I'm disappointed, I've found out that I'm only the person on that beautiful paradise.

Where am I? That question ponder on my mind again. As I explore the place no answer is coming to me. All I can hear is the clarity of silence and the loud sound of my heart beating."

- Just a scene from my confusing dream.
