Just Attended the 1st SEO ORG PHL Meetup

Yesterday, our company seo team attended the 1st SEO.ORG.PH National Assembly at School of Urban and Regional Planning, UP diliman. This event was organized by some senior members of seo.org.ph.

Me and cheng actually didn't want to go since we don't have a proper sleep due to some work needed to finish. Well, glad that we finished and sent it yesterday and attended the assembly even though we were late and it was raining. :)

Anyway, here are some of the things I've absorbed while trying to listen even though my eyes want to close that time.

Google Panda update is all about original and unique content.
Google algorithm is 50% content and 50% link building strategy.
We should diversify the link building techniques.
Link is always a link - either it is dofollow or nofollow
Take advantage of social media.
it is very important to monitor and take good care of online reputation.
And there's so much more to mention.

It was a successful event indeed! The day was full of learning and mingling with seo peeps. And the great part is the food! Yeah, I love the food they serve there. :)
